STRTP Home

Raised by Love

A nurturing short-term residential therapeutic program for youth in crisis.

 

How You Can Help:

  • Apply to work as support staff or a residential caregiver (Fall 2025)

  • Volunteer your time for activities, tutoring, or mentoring (Fall 2025)

  • Donate clothing, hygiene products, or household essentials

 

What We Look For:

  • Caring, dependable individuals with a passion for youth

  • Ability to pass a background check and training requirements

  • Willingness to commit to supporting a healing home environment

Community

Food Pantry

Fighting hunger by providing nutritious groceries and meals to families in need.

 

How You Can Help:

  • Volunteer to pack and distribute food

  • Organize or donate to our food drives

  • Sponsor meals or pantry shelves through monthly donations

 

What We Need:

  • Friendly volunteers with a heart for service

  • Local businesses or individuals to partner in sponsorship

  • Non-perishable food, canned goods, and fresh produce

Youth Mentorship Program

Supporting at-risk youth through guidance, mentorship, and life skill development.

 

How You Can Help:

  • Become a mentor and provide weekly guidance

  • Host a youth workshop or life skills class

  • Help plan mentorship events and outings

 

 

What We Look For:

  • Mentors with integrity, patience, and a passion for youth empowerment

  • Commitment of at least 6 months

  • Background check and mentor training attendance

Mental Health Support Services

Offering counseling, group support, and mental wellness resources for those in need.

 

How You Can Help:

  • Volunteer as a licensed mental health professional or peer supporter

  • Facilitate support groups or wellness workshops

  • Donate to support therapy costs for those without insurance

 

What We Look For:

  • Licensed professionals or trained volunteers

  • Passion for mental wellness, trauma support, and emotional healing

  • Ability to uphold client confidentiality and compassion

Education and Literacy Programs

Closing the education gap with tutoring, GED prep, and literacy classes.

 

How You Can Help:

  • Volunteer as a tutor or literacy coach

  • Donate books, school supplies, or laptops

  • Fund a scholarship or classroom

 

What We Need:

  • Educators and patient volunteers with academic knowledge

  • Bilingual tutors and adult literacy supporters

  • Ongoing donations to keep classes free and accessible
